• OpenText Customer Information Management for SAP® Solutions extends SAP® CRM by improving customer relations and streamlining customer service and sales processes through easy access to consolidated customer information from SAP and non-SAP sources directly in SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver® Portal or Microsoft® Outlook.

• OpenText Employee Information Management for SAP® Solutions provides HR departments with a complete solution based on ECM: all printed documents from employees and job applicants, master data and internal personnel documents are immediately available from the electronic personnel file.

• OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP® Solutions is an add-on for SAP ERP that is built with SAP's Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programming language.
