OpenText eDOCS (Hummingbird) Certification Programs
OpenText Learning Services delivers technical training on the full range of OpenText's products. In certain sectors, it is desirable that individuals working with our products be capable of demonstrating their technical competence. To meet this need, OpenText has established levels of certification that you, as an individual can achieve following successful completion of specific items.
The certification standards may change from time to time. Existing certification will continue to apply for the life of the version of the product on which you achieved certification.
Offered Certification Programs
Examination Details
The price for our certification exams is $400 USD. Exams are up to two (2) hours long (depending on the exam) and you are permitted to refer to OpenText eDOCS materials including workbooks, product manuals or other notes. A laptop with installed OpenText software is also permitted. The score required for successful completion is 80%.

Exam Grading and Communication
If you have a passing grade, a certificate will be sent to you within ten business days. If you did not have a passing grade, you may register to re-take the exam.
