OpenText Exstream offers Fujitsu the ability to pull data from Salesforce directly into easy configurable templates. It makes coding almost unnecessary, minimizing the effort on the IT development side so that business users, utilizing those templates, can send personalized communications from within Salesforce.

Since using OpenText, we are saving time and money to release new proposals and our processes are more efficient. It has been such a good experience that we are planning to roll it out to our partner community.
