VIMBots solution allows any customer using SAP and VIM to instant augment their Accounts Payable and Procurement teams with a virtual digital assistant to reduce their workload as well as provide excellent customer support to their suppliers. There is no need for any servers to be provisioned – the solution is offered as a subscription service.
A small ABAP add-on will be installed on the SAP system which provides the data that is needed that bot can use to answer the questions from suppliers.
If the conversation requires a human to intervene, the bot can gracefully transfer the conversation to a human agent. If you have a shared services team, they will love this as it will make their life much easier by not having to respond to same repetitive questions from so many suppliers.
